Alicia has been involved in all aspects of care from the beginning of her working life. Her portfolio includes working with our elderly generation in both Community and Residential settings, Learning Disability, Challenging behaviour and Mental                                           Health. Alicia has been accredited with three Counties. She also volunteers                                       her time as a Director of the Suffolk Association of Independent Care Providers.
